Referral Information
If you join through a referral link or invite others, we record which account referred which, the status of the referral, and any bonus credits granted. Before you sign up, the referral code from the link is stored in your browser for up to 30 days (see our Cookie Policy).
Generated Content
We store the images you generate, along with the prompts and settings used to create them. This data is associated with your account and used to provide the Service.

Generated images and associated metadata are deleted when you delete your account or when you manually delete them.
When you delete your account, we remove it from any referral records. The record itself is kept without any link to you, so that the referral program's limits continue to apply to the other participant.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
